Within 10 minutes of posting my requirements on Rated People CIS Roofing contacted me, a meeting was arranged for the afternoon to look at the work required and by the evening CIS had supplied a quotation for the roofing repair and re-pointing of two walls. Charles and Luke commenced the the work the following week and the work was completed on time and to a high standard with a 10 year guarantee for the roof repairs. Top quality workmanship, excellent experience from Martin & lads. Fast & thorough. Martin took photos to show what he found & explained what needed doing. He completed what I knew was needed & he told me & showed me what was also required. They quickly sorted the issue. Both front & back were done just in time for storm Bert to hit. I'm very grateful for Martin & his guys. Excellent bloke top quality builder. Highly recommended.

Dale, did a first class job fitting a toliet and sink in a very small space within a bedroom. Building a partition wall around it. Challenging job, but he did it so well! Also speedy and cleaned the messy up. I would highly recommend .

Daniel and the guys at Belford are very friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job converting my garage to a usable space for music and cinema plus an extra toilet. I use the room most days. Definitely would recommend and the price was very competitive.

Thouroughly happy with the work completed by Darren. Turn up when expected, questioned the designs that I had which showed that he had an interest in doing the job right. Completed some extra works with no complaints (removal of vegetation that I was supposed to do!). And most importantly, a perfect end product which now puts the rest of the house to shame.
