George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I commissioned Alec Gardner Builder to install an interior Bathroom on the strength of his previous work replacing a soil down pipe. He is such a skilled and talented builder with an acute attention to detail. He constructed an excellent bathroom where I wouldn't have thought it was possible.( He also re felted the roof of a geriatric and tricky shed) I have no hesitation in recommending him for building work.

Well I don't really know where to start. So will start with saying how perfect my new room is. John of Denston Building services converted my garage to a additional lounge. John cleverly also managed to fit in a downstairs toilet. Within 4 weeks the job was done. John was reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to have around. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

A very professional and courteous company. We bought a property in September 2013 gave a list of jobs we wanted doing and a timescale (ideally before Christmas). we were in by the last week of November with only a couple of jobs left to finish.
