I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Highly recommended.
I would highly recommended Simon and his team. Great quality work, very professional. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and ceilings/downlights. Lyes was absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be using him again and I can wholeheartedly recommend him. He got the perfect shower to replace the one which was broken (just from the photos I sent him), he managed to take the existing tiles off without damaging them and put them back after replacing the shower unit.
