Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

This company did not finish job, left huge mess, did damage. Grossly overcharged, left misspelt invoice. 2 hours after doing half day instead of full, man rang me demanding his money "as needed to buy materials for next job" - but only 1/2 did mine. I did not pay £670 he again demanded for FIVE HOURS. He also "mislaid" my summerhouse key, new lock now installed after 38 years of use of "lost" one. He is untrustworthy and frightened disabled 83 year old widow. He should be struck off your list.

We got there in the end! After a delay in completing all three jobs, everything was completed to my satisfaction. I will have another patio job later in the year and Mark and his team are top of the list for that.
Avoid at all costs I now have to have the whole job re done after promising to return and blocking me.
