A totally wasted exercise asking David to do the job. He responded quickly to visit, assess and offer a pricing. Gave exact date for starting the job and then drifted off without any updates On chasing complained he'd been let down,wanted money - pithy excuses. Not to be trusted

Our gardeners all have cordless tools and equipment, years of experience and take pride in leaving every garden looking its best. We can provide a free, SAME DAY quote for gardening and if you wish to proceed, we can arrange a visit within 48H hours. How do we work? 1. When you need a gardener you contact us and make a booking for a gardener. 2. Gardener attends your garden, completes all the work you request. 3. The next day you receive a gardening bill for the exact amount of time that the gardener spent with you. Gardening Duties Include: • Grass Cutting & Turfing • Hedge Cutting • Planting & Pruning • Strimming & Weed Control • Tree Trimming • Green Waste Clearance Waste removal is not as easy as it use to be anymore and it's also expensive commercially. I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
