The job turned out to be a much bigger project than first thought but [COMPANY_NAME] rose to the challenge, and did a first class job. They kept me informed of progress with the work as I wasn't on site and maintained a friendly, professional attitude throughout. This ensured that good relations were maintained with the owners of the neighbouring property during such a large undertaking.
I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. Steve at Birchwood set up a regular maintenance schedule that met my needs and was price competitive. His staff are prompt and courteous, the work is of a good standard and Steve has been flexible about re-scheduling sessions when we are away.
