Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Then I received a text saying he wasn't going to quote as he was off sick for 6 weeks, so unfortunately we are unable to rate his work...

All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Amazing service from these guys! Really happy from start to finish - they came round to do a quote the same morning I posted the job, and started clearing my garden pretty much straight away. It was no easy job - thick brambles and completely overgrown borders, not to mention the uncut grass. They worked SO hard (even through the rain) and made sure I was happy before moving on to the front garden.
