John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

We are very pleased with a complete overhaul of our front garden, including tiling of paths and building a new wall. Clinton and Andrew worked hard and well, were reasonably-priced, and were very pleasant to have around. Recommended.

Rick came around to give me a quote within a few hours. He was friendly, approachable and professional. He did the job quickly and for a very reasonable price compared to the other quotes I'd had. He took special care to keep my flat clean. He kept in touch if plans changed and kept to his word. He always had a smile and a laugh so he was nice to have around. I would highly recommend him.

We asked Rob to build a garden pathway and small patio and he did a really good job. From start to finish Rob was knowledgeable, accommodating and professional at times. The quality and finishing of the job is good and we wouldn't hesitate to use Rob again. His quote for the work was very reasonably priced.

We used J.A.M Home improvement for our new home redesign and renovation project. we had big plans and the building team headed by Ivan was very helpful at giving us ideas and solutions to our vision. We re-floored the entire house, installed new appliances, a new kitchen, re-painted, re-paved the driveway, re-modeled the bathrooms and re-modeled the garden. Very fair price and excellent quality works. Also very kind and patient with advises and recommendations on how to sort out different DIY works not related with works carried out. Would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.
