The gentlemen were nice, recommended the optimum length to cut the wood so as to ensure stability of the furniture, they did the job very accurately and quickly, no single dust was left, at a very good price.

Barney and his team were excellent. Efficient, fast and neat work tiling and fitting new shower enclosure and tray. Came across problems with the plumbing and level and they were brilliant to make the job complete and nice guys and very neat and left us very happy and fully recommend and look forward to using Barney as team in future for sure! I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

It is always somewhat of a lottery when hiring a tradesman but we really struck lucky with Daniel. What a great find he was. Quality and care of work was outstanding. (Toilet floor tiling). His work was neat, precise, organised and efficient. He didn't once stop for a break or anything. Exceptionally polite and friendly and clearly skilled at this work. And his pricing was excellent. I would and indeed will use Daniel again and would certainly recommend him to others in a heartbeat.Outstanding and thank you

Having offered to cut my grass in writing on a specific date he failed to show up or notify me that he was unable to do so. Subsequently upon inquiry I was informed he was "too busy". In view of this and his obvious very busy work schedule I decided to make alternative arrangements. For obvious reasons I cannot provide any assessment as to his 'quality' or 'value' although I had accepted the price he had quoted me.
