So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Steve and his labourer were absolutely brilliant. He contacted me half an hour after i put the job online, came round the next night and quoted me the very next day. He's very patient, i mithered him to death with questions via emails and texts and he got back to me with a straight answer within minutes every time. He always turned up on time if not earlier and got the job done with no fuss in absolutely rubbish weather. Would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone anytime.

First time I have used this service. Dale was brilliant - he contacted me within a few hours of the job going up - arrange to come and give me a quote the next night - which was very reasonable - I agreed he could do the job - he came back the next day and completed it to a very high standard in a few hours - I couldn't rate CDR Decking and Gates highly enough for the service and standard ! Ian at MH Landscapes offered a very competitive quote for a garden landscaping job. Not the cheapest quote I received, but felt he understood best the work required & would finish the job to the highest standard. 100% the right decision. The paving itself looks superb, the cleanup and general level of care was good and the attention to detail fantastic. The whole job only took 2 days. Completely hassle free- highly recommended A*****
