The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

ILG accepted a job (installing planters on top of a - brand new - wall) that they did not actually know how to deliver. They worked things as they went along and it failed. They caused considerable damage to our newly rendered walls as a result. We have consulted with two other gardeners who confirmed that the installation was never going to work. Whilst ILG have admitted that they should issue a full refund and remove their installation, nearly a year later we are still waiting....

Lee made contact within 2 hours of posting the job, came out and quoted that afternoon and started only a week later. After explaining the quality of the job I wanted he and Sam got stuck in and made quick work of it. They were very careful about covering everything up and cleaning up afterwards. I was left with some lovely flat ceilings and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. His quote was good value and resulted in me getting the whole property done. Well done!

3 was disappointed no weeding done i know the ground is very hard, Yes you were prompt. Craig did an amazing job on my bathroom! He went out of his way to get everything done on time and was neat and extremely efficient. He charged me more than fairly for a such high standard of work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Daniel, emailed me on the day that I posted my job (Landscaping a small front garden for £250) and said that he had bought the job. After he came for the viewing he said if we could increase budget to £500, we could get the full look we were looking for and also pave some sections of the garden. We were reluctant but accepted to do this. Then he started making excuses about the shrubs and saying our plant budget was too low. When I mentioned that I'd leave a review on rated people, he cancelled the job.
