These builders did turn up and have worked on the chimney. However, I've not received photos of the job they did or received a guarantee as promised. There is damp in the wall still After several attempts to contact them, I've recieved nothing back.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . We needed a terrazzo floor removed, new tiles installed and a whole new kitchen+appliances installed. Mike and his team worked for just over two weeks start to finish. They showed up everyday and worked late to get the job done, any minor issues were sorted quickly. All the work was carried out to a high standard, the boys cleaned up everyday and gave us lots of helpful advice and suggestions throughout. We are extremely impressed with the whole team and we would definitely recommed these guys!
