John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. Alex did a fantastic job. Tree gone, Stump gone, all cleaned up. The only change in my garden is a gap where the tree was. I'm really impressed, the first job he's done for me, It won't be the last. Pat and Sam made very short work of removing two bushes and stumps, plus trimming the front hedge, jobs which together that would have taken me all day.
