We are a small building company, working in London and the surrounding areas for over 35 years. We are a friendly, personable company skilled in all aspects of the building trade. We carry out all work to a high standard.
I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Having offered to cut my grass in writing on a specific date he failed to show up or notify me that he was unable to do so. Subsequently upon inquiry I was informed he was "too busy". In view of this and his obvious very busy work schedule I decided to make alternative arrangements. Daniel arrived in less than hour from my requesting a plumber. He was able to fix the leaking pipe there and then. It was great to have the problem fixed swiftly. He was friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my house.
