Agreed price in written quote went through everything agreed to return to discuss start date 24/04 did not turn up tried calling /texting no reply, Then finally got hold of them using partners number, they agreed to come and chat, When they turned up we were told that there is a " Forum of Bad Payers " and we are on it, We could have given them about 10 different tradesman whom worked on this project all of which would vouch for us. Forum does not exist according to others do not rely on.

Payment is only due once the job is finished and payment method via Bacs transfer or Cheque. We provide garden maintenance, specifically for residential customers. Our gardeners all have cordless tools and equipment, years of experience and take pride in leaving every garden looking its best. They arrived on time and did a good job overall. However, I was disappointed that the final charge was higher than the agreed fixed price, despite all the job details being provided upfront. The contractor was also invited to view the site before quoting, so the unexpected increase felt unfair

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!

One star as that was the lowest I could choose. Threatened to have us fined as they claimed we accepted a quote they did not give. Left some of our waste on our neighbours property and claimed that we shortchanged them so demanded a further £20.00 Not to be trusted I'm afraid.
