Despite assuring me that he understood how to prune an apple tree, once the work started, it became very clear that William and his helper had no idea. I ended up with the tree a good outline shape but no effort had been made to reduce overlapping branches etc. that an experienced person would have been done. Had a visit from A1 Gardening today and was very pleased with the service I received. The staff were polite and attentive at all times. They involved me in all the decisions made and made sure I was happy with every part of the job. They also cleaned every last leaf before they left, and took it all away with them
