Fantastic lads, really pleased with the work and booked another job with them. Took pictures of the work (chimney repoint) and showed me what they did. What you quoted for you didn’t do. Instead of sealing from the outside your put some white sealant inside. The roof continued to leak. An now because of the 1 star you have contacted me for proof of it leaking after I had to get someone else to rectify the issue. You offered me a refund on the 21 November but didn’t send it even after various calls and text and you telling me not to keep bothering you. Now you are saying as I haven’t got the proof I am trying to rob you of MY £150.

Howard came promptly and gave a quote for later the same week. He got the paint for me - a matt emulsion for walls and ceiling. Overall the finished job was good although he had to return to redo a wall. Which he did without any fuss. Howard was very pleasant and got on with the painting efficiently. My reason for 4 stars is that Howard is a bit messy with preparation and finish.
