I recently had my house re-rendered by this company. I met with Slavi to discuss my requirements and he made sensible suggestions which I’m really pleased I took on board. I received a detailed and competitive quote listing everything we had discussed. Slavi and his team arrived on time, they worked hard and made good progress each day. The area was always left clean and tidy. The work, as promised, was of a very high standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending Slavi and his team.

We are phoenix property improvements we are a family run business that has been making property improvements since 1945. We specialise in driveways , patios , fencing , new gardens all done brand new or repairing and refreshing old ones . Other works include patio and drive way cleaning as well as roof cleaning. We also offer roof repairs such as chimney pointing ridge pointing ETC and even can supply and fit new roofs if required . Kenneth and his son did an amazing job taming our unkept garden. They got rid of rubbish asked us midway during the job if things were okay. They did front and back and were so professional and friendly. He also gave us very good advice on how to maintain particular part of the garden too. Very good value for money we had a massive garden which took all day to do. Will definitely be using them in the future.

very hard working team of well qualified builders/tradesman. I am definitely going to call upon their services again in the future. They listened to me and carried out all the extra jobs I asked them to do. They even came back few days later to finish off the grinding on the plaster work. Joe gave me a quote for removal of 5 small stumps. He initially quoted £450 saying it was back breaking work and may take 2 days. I said I couldn't afford it he eventually agreed £300 I was still hesitant but he was very persuasive and went off to get his van and tools. He returned and within half an hour had dragged them out with his van, no backs broken. If he is experienced he knew that he would be able to do this. So I basically paid £600 an hour for a half hr job. Did also mend our chainsaw. Expensive
