My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. NVQ level 6 Qualified with IOSH, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness amongst others. Liam has been in the industry for 14 years and is a qualified electrician by trade and can turn his hand to anything. Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Pleasant,polite,reliable & businesslike, Johnathan came over to see what was needed & gave a verbal quote which was quickly followed by a written one including date & time. He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. I'm happy to recommend Jonathan.
