They turned up on time, provided advice and guidance, solved problems and did some tricky jobs in my period property to an excellent standard. I would DEFINITELY recommend D S Joinery as he has made our experience so simple from start to finish. Dan attended every appointment, on time. We had 2 roof windows fitted and plastering work and this was completed with 2 days. I will use Dan again.

Complete waste of time! Agreed on a price & date, he cancelled the first date the day before the job and rearranged for two weeks later. Tried contacting him in various ways the day before he was due to come round the second time and had no reply. He didn't turn up on the rearranged date and didn't even have the decency to call me to let me know he wasn't coming. Not impressed so would not recommend him!

Poor communication and lack of project management skills and honesty leaves something to be desired of this company. A 4 week job turned into a 16 week job due to the fact that the sub contractor was not released monies to purchase materials although I paid a hefty 30% deposit and further 30% before up to roof level. I would recommend Carl the sub contractor that did the work but wouldn't recommend CM Masonry. The sub contractor did a good job thankfully so the end result is good.
