MNR provided a very responsive service. He went the extra mile to ensure I was totally happy. The great thing is he didn’t watch the clock, he put in extra time for the quoted price to complete the job even though he faced extra complications along the way. Billy made a great impression from the start, with a good understanding of the outcome I was looking for, timely communication and a readiness to adapt the work if and when necessary.
