JAKUB CAME HERE, 2 DAYS IN A ROW, TO ENSURE ALL MY LITTLE JOBS WERE DONE, EVEN MY WINDOWS WERE CLEANED SO I CAN ACTUALLY SEE OUT OF THEM NOW !! HE WAS KIND, WILLING, PROFESSIONAL AND VERY THOROUGH. USED MY VAC TO CLEAN THE ENTIRE FLAT AFTER HE LOADED ALL THE DEBRIS THAT WAS THERE INTO HIS VAN - AND PAID HIM HAPPILY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOVELY FAMILY MAN - WILL USE AGAIN AND LET MY NEIGHBOURS KNOW OF HIM ASAP.

Stuart installed bamboo parquet in our house in November 2024. He is very professional, he pays attention to every detail of service, very high quality installer and easy to communicate with. Everything was made as agreed and within time frame agreed. Highly recommend.

I hired Michael and his team for a significant garden renovation/landscaping project with outstanding results. Michael took lots of time up front helping me design the garden, offering up some great ideas and advice. Service from start to finish was highly professional. Excellent job done. Professional from start to finish. Friendly and approchable. Turned up when he said he would. Had lots of problems to fix in my kitchen but nothing was a problem for Ewan, even the unexpected issues. Went above and beyond at times. Scott was impeccable, professional and very reliable. He was very understanding of delays from our side as the kitchen supplier failed to deliver all units. Has all required tools and was happy to source extra as required for this job. We were also very happy with Scott's management of the project. He has a pool of other equally reliable and trustworthy tradesmen that he brought on site, giving us an all-inclusive cost of the project. And he's very tidy too. Definitely recommend.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.
