Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Then I received a text saying he wasn't going to quote as he was off sick for 6 weeks, so unfortunately we are unable to rate his work...

Scott was brilliant at fitting our worktops, upstands and all the finishing pieces to the kitchen including kickboards, end panels, filler panels and even built us a couple of book shelves with left over pieces of panelling to match the rest of the kitchen. Disgusting and need reporting, after looking more closely at the lean too I paid them to erect. Only half the fixing and screws and nails were used. It was rushed and unfinished. I've had to finishing the shingles on the roof myself and put in bolts where they just put screws. Then they have the audacity to charge me an extra £140 for materials they didn't use. Insisting they used tubes of resin, when I watched them from the kitchen I know they didn't use any such thing. Avoid and save your money..
