Since the work has been completed the flags have come loose more than 3 times, the company has been out twice to fix but still flags remaing loose. They even broke one and tried to blame me. I have texted and called to ask them to come back but they no longer answering over a year I have been trying all while looking after my terminally I'll wife who recently passed. This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.
