This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.
18 years in joinery fully time served. 2nd fix joinery made from scratch or bought in and fitted depending on client specifications.
Josh is a very polite person and nothing is too much trouble. He is an excellent tradesman and has made a lovely job of fitting my floor in the conservatory and fitting a new door and side glass to my hall doorway . I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.
