First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

I had my timber casement windows refurbishment done by GW Windows and Glazing. They replaced all glass, sanded frames, new window furniture (fasteners and stays), putty and 3 coats of paint. I am extremely happy as the windows should last another 10 years before any future maintenance for 1/5th of the price for double glazing. Dom contacted us to book when he could do the job and kept us up to date when he was delayed due to picking up supplies to start it. The 2 gates were hand made and were finished over the allotted time and on budget and we could not fault the workmanship. Two sturdy gates at a very reasonable price and he made sure we were happy with his work and that the job was left clean and tidy before he was finished. We would highly recommend him.
