Dom contacted us to book when he could do the job and kept us up to date when he was delayed due to picking up supplies to start it. The 2 gates were hand made and were finished over the allotted time and on budget and we could not fault the workmanship. Two sturdy gates at a very reasonable price and he made sure we were happy with his work and that the job was left clean and tidy before he was finished. We would highly recommend him.

Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.

Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. I would not hesitate to use Lee again for work at my property and I would 100% recommend Lee to my friends and colleagues. I was dubious about hiring people to do work in my house after one or two previous disasters, but Steve was brilliant. Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced for the job I wanted doing. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him to anyone else.

Ace in every way, would highly recommend Paul. He made 2 rooms into 1 for us and matched coving and picture rail, build cabinets to match existing. You would never realise it was two rooms. Also completed a complete bathroom refit expertly and redecorated bedrooms. Saving up so I can get him back to get the rest of the house to look the same.

Iliyan and his father did a very professional job with our wardrobe. They always arrived on time, they were very clean and tidy and skilled carpenters. They also gave us different options and offered a competitive price. I would highly recommend Iliyan as a carpenter.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. It has been great to find guys that actually seem to have pride in what they do and I would recommend them very highly.

Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. All the work was done in a very exceptable timescale and for a very reasonable price, I will be inviting him back in the future for more work, thank you so much Alex, Great job
