Sorry I never know what to write in these things. I found Leroy to be friendly and honest with me regarding the work that needed doing (replacing tubing in loft). He listened to me and what I wanted and what my restrictions were and that was important to me as many who have gone before haven't. He completed the work within the given time and completely to my satisfaction. I am happy to recommend him to you and if something comes up I wouldn't hesitate myself.

Came to look. Quoted a price. Talked about timing to do job. Said he’d send an email quote via rated people. Nothing! No further comment. No contact. Not replied to my email asking what’s happening. Suggest avoid at all costs….

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. We found John Marshall to be excellent. He was very professional, expert in knowledge and didn’t waste any time fixing the problem. He didn’t was any time and was fair in his charge. We took advantage of his excellent work and had him give us a new felt roof that was also needed. Top man!

such a lovely guy , honest and reliable and his attention to details is unreal , we have had ingus do other work for us now and have an endless list for him , couldn't sing his praises any more, we have had doors hung , a new stair case built , bay window seating made so far and every thing is perfect . highly and strongly recommend

Graham stepped in when another workman messed up and thankfully managed to rectify every single problem. He was clear with costs (and these were more than reasonable) - and spoke to me every step of the way. I have found him really helpful and kind - I will not be using any other craftman from now on.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

William and his sons built a new fence and replaced our patio. They are very hard working and friendly. and dealt well with our difficult neighbour! They completed the job on time and left the site tidy. They kept to the quote even though the job involved extras. We would highly recommend them. A delight to work with!

We didn't know any tradesmen locally as we had just moved to the area, found Kevin on rated people and took the 'gamble' of booking him - so glad we did. Him and his team were reliable, honest, efficient, clean and tidy. He works to very high standards, talked us through every step of the way, did extra jobs for us which weren't originally quoted for at no extra cost. A genuine no-nonsense guy who knows what he's doing. We had a garage conversion done in less than 2 weeks, we'll definitely use him again. 5*

Very professional and freindly. When they turned up i made some altertions to the work i had requsted they were happy to ablige and completed all the work to a high standard. would recommend them.
