Came on short notice and very flexible. Needed someone to repair, replace and add to tiling around the kitchen and window sill. He did a quality job giving the tiling a professional finish it lacked. He worked efficiently and was done within a day. would recommend.

After setting Jac Jones Cons. what at first seemed like a simple straightforward job they continued to do everything they possibly could to complete what turned out to be possibly the hardest job they had ever taken on. Not only did they show up every day on time but they turned up with a smile on their faces and worked hard constantly. Their work rate and quality of workmanship is second to none and won't stop until not only you but they are happy with the final product. Would recommend without question!

I would like to praise John on the electrical work carried out at my house. John is very professional & finished the job to a high standard. John is very keen to do a good job & works very hard to make sure he delivers a quality finish. He is friendly, helpful and positive. I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! I'll definitely be using him again for a number of future projects we have in mind

Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

Barry and his brother-in-law Rob worked very hard paving my drive and did a first rate job. They are both friendly, courteous and trustworthy. They started on time, didn't cut any corners and the materials they used were better quality than I had anticipated. The final cost was actually cheaper than quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be inviting them to quote for any future building work that I need doing. (PS. calling himself a "handyman" undervalues his expertise).
