Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Guys who carried out the work very polite and discussed what they were doing if anything needed consulting on to make sure I was happy.

Our gardeners all have cordless tools and equipment, years of experience and take pride in leaving every garden looking its best. We can provide a free, SAME DAY quote for gardening and if you wish to proceed, we can arrange a visit within 48H hours. How do we work? 1. When you need a gardener you contact us and make a booking for a gardener. 2. Gardener attends your garden, completes all the work you request. 3. The next day you receive a gardening bill for the exact amount of time that the gardener spent with you. 9 weeks later the job unfinished. Robbie ignored my mothers phone calls, texts and email. Problems include water pooling on new flat roof , skylight poorly fitted off center, waste materials dumped on neighbour's land and left for 9 weeks without permission. Full report plus photos and guarantees promised but never received. Robbie gave constant excuses and false promises. After initially quoting £2.6k Robbie took £10k from my poorly informed mother for partially complete sub standard work.

Guy rang up and arranged a time and date to survey and quote. Waited for over an hour. Rang him twice then gave up, so rang him a third time and told him not to bother. Wasted my time which I took off of work.
