Glenn has just finished installing a new laminate floor in my living room, dining room and hallway. He has made an excellent and thorough job. He always turned up on time, both for giving the quote and for laying the flooring. He helped me immensely during the planning and when I was buying the flooring, thresholds and underlay. I am extremely pleased with the quality of his worksmanship and how long the job took. Glenn is always responds quickly to any queries. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

Tom Jackson has proved a great introduction. Polite, genial, conscientious... Good attention to detail, receptive to variations and other requests. We will be engaging Tom again in our next project and would not hesitate in recommending him and his sub contractors to other.

I can thoroughly recommend John. He expertly fitted six oak veneer doors for me and did an excellent job overcoming the challenges of my door frames, none of which were square and precisely vertical. The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

Paul and Wayne replaced 7 radiators for me and fitted a heated towel rail in my bathroom. They were both friendly helpful and carried out the work efficiently. Would use again and would recommend. Thanks guys.
