Punctual, polite, hard working, helpful. Put the curtain poles up quickly, but with care, then took excess wood off the bottom of an internal door to enable carpet fitting. For a minimal additional amount he secured panelling on an old fence outside.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
