Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.

Work done to high quality
Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder

They performed such a great job of the detached garage project we then without hesitation had them build an extension to our house (on going project). We cannot speak highly enough of their workmanship and work ethic to date. Here, they typically start before 07:30 and when needed on weekends always putting in a full days work. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. My company can provide a structural engineer, architect, our own in house Gas safe engineer and all the trades to complete your project no matter how small or big.
