He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. 40 years in construction,28yrs on various plastering jobs , nvq 2 skilled worker ,asbestos awareness (ukatt), public liability, health and safety and safeguarding all these are courses ive been on and passed. Pointing and damp proofing inside and out all taken care of .

Michael installed a new unvented hot water cylinder , he did a first class job, explained every step and the result is constant hot water at mains pressure which has certainly improved our showers.
