They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. Excellent service. Very reasonable quote compared to two other companies. When the workers arrived they asked if I was ok with them wearing their outdoor footwear. They collected the items from upstairs, being very careful not to damage any wallpaper, ceilings or door frames. Very polite.
