I asked for tree removeing in the price quoted but was charged an extra 80£ for tree taking away not too happy with that .but the work done was excellent they worked very hard and did the job very quickly .would use again but with set price .

Martin Walker did a good job but trying to get him back to fix faults has been frustrating, at first he promised not to let me down but never turned up and now he won't even answer my calls. I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and I have only written this after a nearly a year of trying to get him back to fix faults in the original installation.

After waiting three weeks to see how the new lawn progressed I can say that it is as good as I hoped at this stage. The job from contact to now has been excellent with the work starting on time and finished in one day as promised. Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
