Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. wouldn’t go near them aging first set a date to come fit a velux for me then changed at last minute to the next day. all looked good after fitting so payed them. a week later we had snow and a lot of rain 2 Saturdays ago and water started coming into my house am trying to convert the loft to a room for my son for Christmas but can’t get it finished because he keeps saying he going to come fix the problem. then no show 3 time now
