I was quoted £170 for a full days work which involved replacing grouting around the shower and adding silicone to some areas in the bathroom. I stated I wanted the whole area on the shower wall re-grouted, however this never happened. After most of the day of them not being there they arrived and took under two hours to use silicone in very small areas on the tiling instead of the grout as requested. They even did this without consulting me first and still charged me £140. Not happy at all.

Pasa and Chris carried out a refurb of our kitchen this week. New quartz worktops, new sink, hobs, tiling etc. All carried out without fuss in less than three days. John damaged the wall in few places while removing the existing coving and also damaged the newly installed corners. His boss advised that I could fill them in but no amount of filler or paint could hide the damage. Despite supplying all materials they still tried to charge me £16 for two tubes of caulk. No floor protection was used, mess left and damage to wood flooring. Extremely poor quality and lack of skill—avoid at all costs.
