This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.

I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.

Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. "Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"
