Nicholae was punctual, friendly and offered a very reasonable price to remove black mould from behind the sealant in my shower and reapplying new sealant to make it look fresh again. Nicholae was also flexible as he went out his usual business times to complete the work. I would certainly recommend Nicholae to anyone as he is a jack of all trades and even offers professional advice having worked for Taylor Wimpey. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
