Came out promptly for a quote which was competitive so hired Pro-Build. Work was scheduled within a good timescale and I was kept informed of when they would be starting. Jim and his son worked on my roof and gutters , Did a really good job they are genuine tradespeople they explained everything that needed to be done and give me a accurate quote they came to my home when they said they would and got on with the job, pleased with the workmanship, would certainly have no hesitation in using McMillans again!

I would never use theses fly guy again all week they were in my house to do small jobs they wasted time and always made excuses everyday and did not turn up in morning always late afternoon thats if they bothered to turn up at all and to top it all of they tried to rip me of and charge me £850 for materials for my loft which only cost £298 they also wanted £700 for doing the job which was only flooring a loft the lies they told was disgusting Am going to take this further they should not be trading

Completed the job to a satisfactory level after a seriously delayed start date. In just under 2 years the sealant split from the shower tray and created bathroom and hall carpet flooding, requested Alex to take a look and give me a quotation to repair, despite a number of attempts to have him visit the property he stopped taking my calls. I wasnt even asking him to repair it free of charge even though i had a good case to do so. This job was for my elderly 92 year old father who now has to step on a sodden
