I specialise in boiler and central heating repairs and maintenance mainly, I am a Combi boiler specialist. Specifically I work mostly on the Vaillant ecoTEC, Worcester Greenstar, Ideal Logic and Baxi Duo-Tec range of boilers, but I have accumulated a vast amount of experience on most makes and models. Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

The work was to replace a toilet flush. Mr Aslam was friendly and replied quickly. When he arrived he said the work would cost more than originally quoted. I was not home personally to check his work, to my detriment. The toilet was left detached from the wall be around 3 cm. 8 weeks later that toilet is leaking. I was really disappointed when Mr Aslam said because of the amount of time passed he would not return without charging me a call out fee and for any new work. Very disappointed and unsatisfied
