We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Andy is a time served joiner and the proof showed in the quality of his work. Andy also has lots of other trade skills so don’t be afraid to ask for advice and a quote. The proof of what we think and what you can expect is in the photos posted of our work. It can only be described as a quality job thank you.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. What makes this even worse is that they knew I had other appointments afterward, yet they completely disregarded my time. Their lack of professionalism and respect for my schedule was appalling. Excellent service. Got a quote on the Thursday, and the fitter arrived to install my boiler at 8.20 on the Monday. Work done to very good standard, and cleaned up afterward. Would recommend BeSure for any Heating/Boiler work

Completed 30square metres of floor tiling, also laid the under floor heating for us... All round great service, got in contact quickly and came out and quoted at a fair price. Turned up when he said he would, was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Would highly recommend and will use again!

Scott refitted our small main bathroom. He offered helpful advice and alternative ideas which were most helpful. Scott was pleasant at all times. His quote was very fair and he was always punctual. We felt at ease to leave Scott with a key while we were at work. When a slight issue arose requiring attention outside of Scott's working schedule, he came to our rescue! He even changed over a tap in another bathroom at very short notice, We recommend Scott and would be very happy to use Scott's services again.

I'm pleased with the plastering services carried out by James and Nathan. Despite delays on our part, they were patient and even carried out some extra prep work for a reasonable fee. They work well as a team and the finish is very good, so much so, that at the end i asked them back for further work which was carried out both quickly and in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I'd certainly recommend them to others seeking the services of professional plasterers.
