Kidd supplied a very competitive quote and also advised us of the governments green deal cashback scheme which enables us to claim back a substantial amount of the boiler costs. All information given was followed up by email links for the boiler and the scheme. The installation was great, graham and andy were on time, very clean, tidy and professional, the new boiler is working well with a 10 year warranty, i would recommend Kidd Heating to anyone and have already done so with work colleagues and pals.

That is why I offer a safety checks in your home. If you book a boiler safety check I will also conduct a visual assessment of any other gas appliances. I also take on other jobs, I am happy to undertake plumbing work and will soon be offering electrical work including PAT testing. David and Sean were fantastic from start to finish when they installed a new combi boiler and removed an old hot water tank whilst replacing an old conventional boiler system. They also fitted an outside tap for me and replaced a leaky radiator. All work done to a very high standard and their communication before, during and after the job has been top class. John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls. The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.
