Norbert has done an excellent job. He balanced the radiators, checked the pump, and explained how I could adjust the hot water and heating more efficiently. He advised me on what could be done in the long run to keep the system healthy. He also sealed a leaking lead pipe in a very awkward position. All the plumbing problems in the house were sorted in one go.

I have 10 plus years of experience working on gas central heating systems. Performing maintenance on existing systems via servicing, carrying out CP12’s for landlords, diagnosing intermittent faults and repairing total breakdowns. I take pride in my work and strive to maintain high standards of work. I am of the opinion that most boilers can be maintained and repaired and rarely look to replace existing systems.
After paying the agreed £220, the boiler failed completely after three months. George promised free fixes if issues arose, but after multiple calls and texts, he ignored me completely. Resetting didn’t help, leaving me without heating or hot water. I warned him I'd leave a review if he didn’t respond by 17/02/25. I am extremely dissatisfied with George and this bad job.

Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional.
