HMW HOME SERVIVES LTD installed Valliant boiler and pump in my house in November 2022. In February 2024, both the boiler and pump stopped working. British gas and Valliant reported wrong pipework installation drawn the boiler. Hamisi refuse to correct his job as instructed by Valiant and BG. I had to use an other company and pay £1,388.40 to get my boiler back in order. Now trying to get a refund from Hamisi.

Rowan, rang me on Sunday and I replied back and within few minutes he rang back to discuss the job. Took some details & in 1/2 hr qt was on watts up. I rang up and settled the price. I wanted the job done on Wed. After reshuffling his job Wed fixed. He came in time at 8.30 am and started straight away. He does not stop for breaks- on his own till 4.30 pm. The job was A1 and explained everything to me and my wife. Lots of good thigs about Rowan so I will give him 10* all round. Thanks Rowan.

Ola came on time to refit an old gas hob that needed replacing. He initially came to quote and he purchased the hob I wanted with full correspondence throughout. His work was first class taking his time to ensure all was in-order during the re-fit. Ola even fixed a gas isolation issue that was required for the gas supply to the hob - only charging for the parts. There was a water pipe problem at an HMO that I own and water was leaking from under the sink. After calling a number of plumbers no one could attend for two days.
