The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Lovely people and the work was very well done and very helpful advice given -we'd have them again. The tidying up inside was also very good but outside it wasn't done properly. They came back to check work done and rectified some small issues but tidying outside could still have been better.
I had my flat walls/windows painted & the work was poor. I had to change one date of project & instead of rebooking, a day of my job was lost and the work was not finished properly. Also my furniture was ruined by the painter spilling paint on it, possibly in his rush to finish. I called after job was paid for to try to resolve the poor paintwork quality & get help with restoring my drawers, but they never got back to me. I had to re-finish much of the work myself, and lost a piece of furniture. Avoid.

We are a property maintenance company, based in Sevenoaks, Orpington and Biggin Hill, Kent, and servicing the surrounding areas We undertake all home improvements work, including renovations and decorating, and drainage. We also do all general handyman work, from hanging doors, replacing taps, building flat pack furniture, hanging shelves, security lights, and TV's, and even changing your toilet! Additionally, we offer outdoor services, such as glazing, roof repairs, guttering, driveways, fencing, down-pipe restoration, garden maintenance, tree removal, pond building, custom shed design and build, and anything else that you need to create your outdoor oasis.
Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.
