I'm pleased with the plastering services carried out by James and Nathan. Despite delays on our part, they were patient and even carried out some extra prep work for a reasonable fee. They work well as a team and the finish is very good, so much so, that at the end i asked them back for further work which was carried out both quickly and in an aesthetically pleasing manner. I'd certainly recommend them to others seeking the services of professional plasterers.

A very professional job. David was extremely helpful in suggesting a suitable replacement for our old en-suite shower. The finished product exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased with the quality of the work carried out and would recommend David to anyone needing work done in their bathroom. Mark was punctual, professional and he was always on site when required. Mark's work was excellent, with many of the other trades on my team commenting so on numerous occasions. Mark worked well in an established team, adhered to all health and safety requirements without question and he did promptly supply method statements and insurance certificates on demand. Needless to say I now consider him a value member of the team for further projects. In my experience tradesman like Mark are few and far between.

T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Needed a toilet stack fixing and replacing. Peter completed the job very soon after viewing it and offered cheaper alternatives to other tradesmen. Very pleased with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend or use again.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.
