This company was amazing. The job was tricky but they kept at it finally restoring heating where others couldn’t They had to raise carpets flooring and floorboards but everything was put back perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Fitted a new combo boiler for us without fuss / hassle or heartache. Mike gave us a ballpark figure that was firmed up following a visit to inspect the works himself. Lots of advice was given by Mike who never tried to oversell or quote for anything that wasn’t needed.Arrived on the date agreed and the work was clean, faultless and carried out in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to highly recommend.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. What makes this even worse is that they knew I had other appointments afterward, yet they completely disregarded my time. Their lack of professionalism and respect for my schedule was appalling. The last 4 of which i have been a british gas approved contractor completing installations across the north west of england. With a nvq level 3 in plumbing and heating and a £5 million public liabilty insurance you can be rest asured you are in safe hands. arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site
