I am a fully timed served gas engineer and have been in the trade for 9 years. The last 4 of which i have been a british gas approved contractor completing installations across the north west of england. We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
