He had a problem with the parts he used and he came straight back to us again and again until in the end he changed the parts completely. Good quality work despite a few days when things wasn't quite as easy as we thought it would be. Flexible for some extra work to be added as the job progressed. Would have been nice to see receipts for materials bought and used. However, would recommend.
Very professional, flexible and reliable service. Price was excellent given the high quality finish. The tradesmen were very polite and we were more than happy to leave them alone in the house. They protected carpets and flooring throughout and left the work area very clean and tidy. Arrived on time on the appointed day. Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational.
